Trick or treat

We want to wish everyone a happy Halloween. Have a great time at a party or trick-or-treating this weekend :)

not squared of carbs

This one is pretty straight-forward. With everyone running for the hills when a big bowl of carbohydrates hit the table, we thought it made sense that if you use the carbs properly you have nothing to fear.
We have another "not squared of carbs," that uses the detached visual humor we sometimes employ, but we'll post that separately - perhaps next Halloween. Seems so far away. Maybe sooner.
